Our new Helpdesk will be available to ALL our clients beginning March 15th. Use of the self-help Knowledgebase will be free, while request for direct technical support will be billed at our normal hourly rates. I'll be publishing the thresholds and rates by the time we go live -- "high" priority requests will be handled and billed differently than "normal" or "low" priority requests.

Please email dave@classicmicro.com to request initial account access then review the attached document or request online training.

Once you have an account setup with a valid email address, you may also email requests to help@classicmicro.com and an issue will automatically be created. Some users may prefer this method, although it is not as flexible and priority will be assigned as low. Responses to issues may also be directly replied to and your response will be added to the history on that issue.
